Designed by local architect
Kristi W. Hanson, Las Casuelas Quinta is reminiscent of some
of our sister restaurants in its hacienda-style architecture
but has a uniqueness all its own.
|
 |
 |
Built by Primus Construction in 2003, Las Casuelas Quinta incorporates
a welcoming tranquil water feature, clay tiled roofing, vaulted
exposed ceilings, a thatched Palapa styled patio, and three majestic
fireplaces. |
| Largely instrumental in the décor, owner Lisa Delgado
and designer Kim Rocca introduce us to some of the lively fabrics,
colors and accents of Mexico, giving the restaurant a rich, vibrant,
fiesta feel. |
 |
 |
Behind the large green doors separating the main dinning area
lies a state of the art food preparation facility. The most modern
in food service technology transmits food and drink orders to the
specific area of preparation where your orders are prepared under
the talented eye of Chef Ruben Galvez. |
| ¡Bienvenidos! Come enjoy a leisurely lunch, exquisite dinner,
or even just some Barbequed Chicken Flautas and one of our world
famous margaritas, as all these design elements blend to offer
the best of colonial Mexico and contemporary
California! |
